Our Congress is covered by taxpayer health care. Federal employees, police force, fire departments, teachers, the list goes on and on. Veterans. So the problem is There's about 40% of us left that don't have taxpayer covered health care. And I truly believe that if the federal government wanted to do it and they cleaned up the waste and the fraud, they're already spending enough money to cover everybody's health care. (02:10–02:17)
