Health care is a huge issue and I think it's an issue that just touches so many aspects of people's life. But a little tiny state like Vermont cannot go health care alone. And my perspective is that The federal government has failed us on health care. Approximately 60% of the population is already covered by taxpayer funded health care. Our Congress is covered by taxpayer health care. Federal employees, police force, fire departments, teachers, the list goes on and on. (01:44–01:48)
