And they're doing that with all sorts of gray zone activities in the South China Sea and toward their neighbors. They're doing that in every way. You know, I'll give you one example from my home district. There was a Chinese battery plant, Goshen, that wanted to locate in the district and, you know, has an affiliation with the Chinese Communist Party. and really deceived the local community initially. And then the local community came out and said they basically did not want to have this battery plant in the district. (16:34–16:44)
