I still remember when we were discussing this concept and the two of them actually came into a room and described how important this idea was. Then The select Committee was actually authorized by a very strong bipartisan vote in Congress. From its inception, we've had members on the committee who have really been people who have wanted to learn to get experts in front of us and decide how the United States could best prepare to win this competition with China.
