We need to do the things that work. It's not partisanship, it's about pragmatism. It's about getting things done and work with anybody to do it. We need a customer service obsessed culture in the state of Michigan that is focused on businesses of every size, but particularly small businesses. Access to capital, access to contracts and also help dealing with the compliance and the regulatory burden that we're seeing come out of Lansing. (08:14–08:24)
