The ambiguity associated with some of the housing contracts are driving up costs because people are afraid of trial lawyers and in their insurance companies. These are things that are adding at minimum $3,000 per man, woman, boy and girl in the state of Michigan. By doing things that increase affordability, we lower the cost of living and increase the standard of living. And so by focusing on those things and making sure that we're doing those things day one that improve the lives of Michiganders. (11:33–11:39)
