We need to focus our culture on a customer service culture that's focused on helping businesses large, small and everywhere in between with things like compliance, things like access to capital. Capital and things like access to contracts. Having an MEDC that is reformed and gutted and more focused on retention and reclamation as much as they're focused on recruiting. These are the types of things that will make Michigan a destination by changing the focus and focusing on the people we have here. (06:24–06:35)
