It was smaller. So I've always. I believe that everything needs to be pruned. Right. And when I became governor, we went on to governor of Colorado. We went over all 24,500 rules and regulations and we either eliminated 11,000 of them or dramatically simplified them. just because it was too much red tape, too much bureaucracy.
