So when this bill reaches the Senate floor, I will vote no. We need a funding bill that preserves Congress's authority and by extension, your voice. And I know we can do this. We have bipartisan appropriation bills that have been negotiated, came out of their committees with bipartisan majorities. But we're going to need Republicans to join us.
