And so We've already got a 24 cent per kilowatt power cost for families that work on these farms, that live in these 105 degree climates during the summer, can't afford to run the air conditioner as it is. And now they're going to see a 32% increase. They're going to see a 32 cent kilowatt hour cost on their homes. This is unfair. (10:41–10:55)
