What we do want to make sure is that our regulatory schemes don't disadvantage new players coming in. We don't want to prevent cooperatives for stepping into the meatpacking industry. There's many agricultural cooperatives. I belong to one [cooperative] as an almond grower called blue diamond. And I want to make sure that the farm bill doesn't try and create industry structure, but that it liberalizes it and lets the industries and the players within the industries participate, as they will, without regulatory constraints.
