If you look at the broad distress of agriculture today, it has to do, in my opinion, a lot with the retaliatory agricultural tariffs that were part of the trade battles we had a few years ago, and they stay there. And We won a lawsuit at the World Trade Organization over the retaliatory tariffs from China that went for five years. We won it last year and the retaliatory tariffs from China are still in place. The World Trade Organization is not providing solutions to some of these problems and the impacts are being felt broadly across american agriculture. (10:32–10:38)
