Now it's only a few days before the end of the year and we are in the exact same boat we found ourselves last year. We're now tasked with passing a continuing resolution to kick the can down the road even more into March. Again, this should have been addressed last September. I must say I'm disappointed but not entirely surprised. It was part of a plan. (05:48–05:56)
