Now we find ourselves in the exact same situation as last year. The Appropriations Committee did their work again on a bipartisan basis. Many of the 12 bills they passed were passed unanimously but never called up or scheduled for votes here in the Senate. Leader Schumer made the exact same mistake he made last year.
