We know for decades now China has attracted manufacturing from around the world into that country to the detriment of manufacturing jobs here in America. And They've used that technology that they've learned and the workforce training that has gone along with it in order now to build weapon systems and threaten peace in the Indo Pacific and to threaten the United States our position of dominance when it comes to national security.
