Are all of those the super rich? Well, I think not. These are average, hardworking middle class families who will benefit from the enhanced child tax credit. Our bill will help working Americans with provisions, as I said, like the no tax on tips and no tax on overtime. I would actually like to see some of our Democratic colleagues go out to their favorite restaurant and explain to their server that they support the US Government continuing to take a larger and larger cut of their earnings, their TIPS earnings.
