But it costs money to provide for the detention facilities and the personnel necessary to secure the border and to safeguard our country. And that's one of the other things that's in this bill that's so important. Money to build more infrastructure or the wall, more money to hire Border Patrol and Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents and more money for detention facilities. so that there are real consequences associated with coming into our country illegally. And then as I mentioned a moment ago, the money that's necessary to reestablish deterrence to help our military, that is in this bill as well. (07:13–07:27)
