That aspect, yeah, it makes sense. But when we're, we're addressing affordable attainable housing issues, it's got to be be able to pencil out to get builders in the space. So Post Covid a lot of builders left [the affordable housing] space because it doesn't pencil out. you know, the cost of living, the average medium household, whatever that cost is.
