I would hope that this is one of the first bipartisan bills I sign. Honestly, I prefer not to go to the ballot on this issue, but If the legislature chooses not to pass [the election fix], I'll again lead an effort to take it to the voters. and ask them to decide the fun part of the speech. The First Lady Before I conclude tonight, I'd like to recognize the first lady who does so much for our state. (42:26–42:33)
