I mean at the personal level, do we spend it on groceries, do we spend it on clothes, whatever the heck. I mean we all have our things to make choices on as a society. In Wisconsin here There was a choice again by politicians...to not invest, not spend money on education all the way from K kindergarten to high school and at the university level, two year colleges, four year colleges. And that decision, that 10 plus years. Of a disinvested 10 years, that's a whole decade. I mean literally, it has put us back, it has put our universities back, it has been putting our schools back.
