Well, the first thing that we can do as a state is to accept those Medicaid dollars. Anytime we can do that and boost up our systems, I think is phenomenal. I think It was a very big mistake for Governor Walker to refuse those [Medicaid] funds. So simply accepting the Medicaid dollars, like you said, there's a lot of clinics and nursing homes who rely completely on Medicaid dollars to keep their doors open. (02:12–02:16)
