So there are ways of fighting that. I understand why it happened, but I think it's gotten ridiculous and I think we've really taken local control out of local government. In Eau Claire here recently, there was a living wage ordinance that was passed by the county, and that was taken away by the state. So we as a community, we as a county said we want to invest in workers, we want to make sure that we're paying them a living wage. (10:34–10:45)
