Now, the mayor of New York City doesn't have that power, but I'm going to innovate. That's what I'm going to be all about in City Hall. And so I'm going to create a new court that is a city court that the state doesn't have anything to do with to enforce city laws. And I'm going to go to City Council and make the case to expand city laws so that we will have city prosecutors with their own bail laws that will keep violent people in jail during the course of their city cases.
