And let me just say, it is nice to actually have time to read the bill text. I want to thank you for keeping your word on that, but that is where my compliments end. This Bill extends section 702 for three years, but it does not include a real warrant requirement for searches of Americans' communications. This text still lets the FBI collect, search and review the private communications of Americans whose data ends up in the 702 system without a judge signing off on it. (02:08–02:13)
