Nearly $200 billion worth of cuts to a program that provides hungry seniors and veterans and kids and workers with an average benefit of a little over $2 per person per meal. Again, instead of reversing your cuts, instead of helping hungry people, you're giving a nice fat giveaway to donors and lobbyists at the multibillion dollar pesticide companies.
