It is a bill that takes us back pre michellama to the way New York City and New York State used to build housing for workers. And that means that We're going to be leveraging our taxpayer dollars with union pension funds in order to not only build the low income housing that we need and the limited equity homeownership opportunities that we need, but actually hire the people in our neighborhoods to build the housing that we need.
