But unfortunately, we don't have enough hospital beds, psychiatric beds, and programming in order to help people ensure that they are being taken care of and treated for what it is that they're suffering. Too many people are walking around New York State undiagnosed with their mental health challenges, and that puts each and every one of us at risk. So I am very happy to say that that is where I have been focused, making sure that we are addressing the public safety on each of those equations. (50:31–50:43)
