I mean, the whole state budget is like $270 billion. 69 billion is like a third of that. You can't possibly give it in state funds. Well, The 69 [billion] would be over several years, but not just one. But it's still a very big challenge. And this is why I believe anybody should be taxed is the people who are doing very, very well. (11:59–12:04)
