When I talk with people on the trail throughout our very rural communities here, they are extremely concerned about the gray wolf and its predatory enactment on livestock, on calves, on guard dogs, on guard animals, on bear dogs. In Langley county alone in this last fall, there was one weekend for six bear dogs were killed in one weekend in one area. When I talk directly with bear hunters and other hunters throughout this district, this is their number one issue. It's also a huge issue for farmers and everyday People, people. (58:07–58:17)
