The bill that's under consideration right now, my understanding is, has about $3 billion of rescissions in it, carefully worked through by the Republican Chair, the Democratic Vice Chair, and Funds [from the bill] redirected to where they're more effective in our national security and our national defense. That's the model that I'd like to encourage us to stand behind in saying that any rescissions for what's in this bill will in fact be considered in this committee should in the future it look like that there are savings to be found.
