I think we need to make sure that our federally qualified health centers, which are a big deal in western Colorado and southern Colorado. And our critical access hospitals have the resources that they need to provide rural health care. I think our reimbursement rates are things that we should look at, particularly when it comes to rural hospitals. That's something that critical access hospitals are meant to be receiving.
