If it makes sense for, for the district, if it's a good return on investment for the taxpayers and if it is tied to some measurable goals. I don't like spending money for spending's sake. I mentioned that we have a spending problem in our government, in our federal government. So, yes, congressionally directed spending is something I would support as long as it's measured and tied to specific goals that benefit my district. (08:24–08:28)
