You know, we did a whole bunch of things to attract businesses to the state in. In 2019. Something happened in 2020, and that was Covid. And The President of the United States turned everything into using COVID-19...weaponized Covid into a partisan issue. And, I mean, that's the only thing I can point at at the moment, because shortly after that happened, all of a sudden, Republicans didn't want to talk. (43:43–43:50)
