Because I want to make sure we have the money to pay for the programs that I think are so important for our state, whether it's healthcare or education or which. Illinois was just going down the tubes. It was. The education funding was going down and down and as a percentage from the state of paying for and our, of paying for education and the, the portion that was required of locals, property taxes was going up and up and up.
