So it's crazy to me that Speaker Johnson is willing to let his people suffer all to score some political points right now with Trump. Now, back in April, the White House Office of Management and Budget acted so that SNAP would be funded all the way through the end of October, including during a shutdown. Based on the information we have today, folks currently receiving SNAP should continue to get their benefits, but only until the end of October. (10:39–10:45)
