Yes, IDEA are able to receive the services, therapies and unique education assistance they need to be able to learn and grow in our schools. This means that Schools and educators who are already struggling to recruit, train and provide students with disabilities the resources that they need are going to be yet a significant disadvantage between this significant cut in the Civil Rights division. Any students whose rights may be violated right now may be suffering. So again, this kind of goes along with what I was saying about my staff. (28:17–28:36)
