I do think that the right thing was done because he was accused of things that were associated with him being in office, they were associated with him seeking office, and they conducted their own investigation. He was given an opportunity to defend himself. He failed to participate. That is due process. Due process doesn't necessarily have to be a criminal trial, because due process is simply that I am making an allegation. (38:04–38:09)
