You know, as you know, in basic economics, price is a function of supply and demand. Demand is high in Colorado. People want to live there. That's wonderful. But We've constrained supply by saying, no, you can't build, you can't do this. Even though you have this lot, you can't build more than this one house. So how do we let more homes be built which will reduce costs for both rent and for purchase? (36:01–36:05)
