And of course, we appreciate the work the legislature is doing on this issue. I want to point out that our roadmap is complementary to that. We certainly want different bills in that area to pass, but We are taking a number of different actions across state agencies to reduce homeowners insurance by $800 over the next year and a half. A lot of folks have to, you know, difficult decisions and frankly, some of who, you know, when you have a mortgage, you generally have to have homeowners insurance with some who paid off their mortgage, might drop their homeowners insurance reduce it.
