You know, I just came back from what I would characterize as a, as an extremely disappointing ministerial meeting in Yaounde, Cameroon a couple months ago. And you know, The WTO is there, there are certain commitments that countries have made to each other there. You know, all the agricultural quotas and tariff rates in all kinds of countries toward US Exporters there kind of ensconced under WTO regulations.
