They've amassed a lot of the processing there, even where this stuff is mined in other countries because it is, you know, there's a lot of this stuff overseas. It ends up getting processed in China. So The administration has taken a number of measures to try to address this weakness and its vulnerability. Some of it is just throwing money at the problem, doing a stockpile, buying as much of the stuff as we can find. We're not the first people to do this, by the way. (57:18–57:27)
