It doesn't fix all of the agricultural issues we have with Europe. Some of them it does. It doesn't fix the regulatory issues, which are hugely problematic. It doesn't fix pharmaceutical price. There are all kinds of things it doesn't fix. And so the idea that somehow this was a comprehensive trade agreement, that was never the idea. (32:06–32:09)
