For the American taxpayers and the good folks in Oklahoma, we don't mind paying taxes for national defense, for education, for roads, basic infrastructure. We understand that there's a need. We do not want our money sent overseas to China with one of the grants that was done to be able to study beagles. They had 300 beagles that they were doing research on in China.
