I have actually gone to dispersing here and have asked them to hold my paycheck and not actually issue it until the shutdown is over. I think I don't know every single member of our delegation, but I believe every one of [our delegation] has done that to say, hey, I understand constitutionally, members of Congress are still paid in the process, but we don't have to actually receive our paycheck.
