“So we're confirming judges during this time period and trying to negotiate to be able to figure out how do we get the government back open again. So we've continued to be able to confirm judges this week. As I've mentioned before, Democrats have tried to have brought some resolutions that are what's called privileged to be able to challenge the president's tariffs. So we've had some of those votes this week. We've had some committee hearings this week to be able to move through some additional nominees. So we're still active.” (09:16–09:24)
