So I don't think paying people a good wage is the impediment, but I think The problem is you try to get a permit, it takes three years with 70,000 pages of documentation, and then you get litigated for another decade. That's the problem. And thankfully there's some great clean energy groups out there now, Institute for Progress and Breakthrough, that are starting to think about climate action through the lens of build fast.
