There's actually now massive bot farms in Southeast Asia mostly that are manipulating public opinion on all these social media platforms. TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Snap, et cetera, and 170 million Americans get most of their media and information on TikTok. TikTok is owned and controlled by the Chinese Communist Party. I don't think it's a Republican or Democratic issue. And in fact, it wasn't when we voted on this last Congress. (00:24–00:36)
