The preparing and resourcing our student parents and Early Childhood Teacher act, or the Prospect act, which aims to improve access to affordable, quality infant and toddler childcare for student parents. So not just birth, but supporting children through life. My bill invests in community college and minority serving institutions to become incubators for infant and childcare, talented training and access on their campus. The Prospect act provides free, high quality infant and toddler childcare to student parents at guaranty institutions. If you really want to support our student parents, we would work on much of the legislation that my colleague Miss Bonamicci just described. (02:38–02:49)
