Thank the chairman, Ms. Fletchman, the ranking member. Two provisions I would like to outline here. First of all, the amendment we've been adding in every appropriation bill, the outcome based program reviews. This language, as you know, directs for outcome based reviews, operational reviews across the agencies that are funded by this particular bill, consistent with the law that we passed back in 2010. It basically calls for the review of existing regulations. Get rid of any regulations that's outdated, internal policies and other requirements to make sure we get rid of any duplicate, unnecessary, burdensome rules and regulations that we have. CLAIM
Asserts that the outcome-based reviews are consistent with a law passed in 2010.
