Since I've started here, for 22 years I've been dealing with bureaucracies, the bureaucracy at the Army Corps. But I think now we got the right language and I want to thank the chairman and the ranking member. This is the language that will direct the Corps to produce the final work so we can get started. This language strongly encourages the corp to prioritize this project, allow it to proceed to pre engineering design as per the original Section 203 study recommended and making sure that we move forward.
